WHY THE AI MODEL MATTERS

The subscription is the engine, not an extra.

Design interpretation, transparent artwork, apparel mockups, titles, tags, and listing drafts all rely on an AI model reading screenshots and generating production assets. Without ChatGPT/API access, the app can show the demo and organize files, but it cannot run the live POD automation.

Place the approved PNG into your own blank photos, without AI redrawing it.

Use five different apparel/color combinations. Calibrate the printable area once per image. This version supports perspective and subtle shading, not full cloth displacement or automatic hand/seam masking.

Demo mode is free. ChatGPT-in-browser mode uses your ChatGPT subscription. Live API mode uses a separately billed API account.

Printgrovee subscription

Real automation requires an active product token from your Printgrovee account. The single plan is $49.99/month or $499/year.

Create an account on the website, buy the plan, copy the generated token, then paste it here. Demo mode works without a token; ChatGPT/API production does not.

OpenAI API key

The key is kept in server memory for this session. It is never returned by the API or saved in the browser.

To keep settings after restarting, copy .env.example to .env and fill it in locally. Never share that file or your key.

ChatGPT in your browser

No API key. The app opens its own Edge/Chrome window with a separate profile and keeps it open with three tabs: one chat for designs, one for mockups, one for listings. Every product continues in those same three chats, exactly like working by hand.

Automating the ChatGPT website is outside OpenAI's consumer terms and may affect your account; the page layout can also change without notice. If a step fails, a screenshot is saved in the product's _meta folder and the page selectors can be edited in data/chatgpt_selectors.json. Image size and quality settings do not apply in this mode.

Local configuration

Change models, output directory and port in .env, then restart. Large generation sizes require a model that supports them.

Spending controls

A normal AI-mode product uses about 8 requests: brief, design, five mockups and listing. Tag corrections may add up to 2 requests. The per-product cap counts requests, not dollars. Image quality, dimensions and model affect the bill.

No automatic API transport retries. A timeout may still have been charged; inspect your API usage before resuming.

Your Etsy stores

Each store has its own folder under the output directory and its own listings.xlsx. Products are created inside the store selected in the sidebar or in the New product dialog. A store can only be removed once it has no products.

Google Drive. Install Google Drive for Desktop and sign in once; your Drive then appears as a normal folder on this PC (for example G:\My Drive). Link each store to its folder there (G:\My Drive\EtsyWork\Anand). As soon as a product is finished it is copied into <that folder>\SAT. OCT 10, 2026\1 🔴, \2 🔴 … with PNG.png, the 4500 × 5400 print file (1.png, named like its folder), the five mockups and listing.txt, and Google syncs it to the cloud. The red mark means the product still waits for your review; Mark reviewed renames the folder to 1 🟢. Sharing settings stay as you set them in Drive.

Finding and verifying Etsy trends; visual, spelling, rights and print-quality review; publishing listings. Reference URLs are saved as notes, not fetched. No scraping or automatic Etsy posting is included.

Quality matters

AI mockups may alter artwork and must be checked. Template mode uses your PNG directly but needs calibrated photos. Enlarging pixels or setting 300 DPI does not create genuine print detail.
